I'm really frustrated with one of my old external hard drive that freezes or completely hangs. Last night, hard drive stopped even showing under 'My computer'. When i navigate to Disk management, the drive does come up but showing RAW status. I don't know what it means but want my files back.This is the only utility that successfully detects the problem drive and recovered all of my important documents.Thanks!!
